Position Title: Pricing Analyst	Department: Sales
Reports to: VP of Sales	Classification: Non-Exempt

Primary Function:

The main responsibilities of the position is to effectively analyze current truckload pricing structure, while assisting operations, accounts receivable, billing and invoicing departments with daily pricing needs.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze current rate structure for customer base.
• Review bid guidelines and prepare pricing data for customer bid packages.
• Assist accounts receivable and billing and invoicing departments with daily functions.
• Perform pricing needs from sales, operations, and customer service departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet company needs.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Computer knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. 
• Flexible schedule with minimal travel possible.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of transportation industry.
• Analytical experience in truckload transportation is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
